How do I find my WooCommerce order number or “order key” for tracking?
You can find the order number and the order key (e.g.
wc_order_ABC123)
in your confirmation email and in the Thank You page after checkout.
Our tracker accepts both the numeric order ID (e.g. 20854) and the order key format.
The tracker says “email must match”: which billing email should I use?
Enter the same billing email used at checkout. If you paid with a different address,
update it from the order confirmation email or contact our support so we can sync your record.
How long does it take to receive my CdS PDF after payment?
Standard processing is usually within 24–72 hours (business days) depending on data verification.
You’ll receive an email with a secure download link as soon as the document is ready.
Why is my order showing “On Hold” or “Pending Payment” in the status lookup?
These statuses mean we’re waiting for a successful payment confirmation or additional info.
If you paid by bank transfer, allow 1–2 business days for clearance.
If the status doesn’t change, reply to your confirmation email with proof of payment.
Can I track my order without an account? Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Tracking works without login: we only ask for your order number/key and billing email.
Data is processed securely and in line with GDPR. We never share personal or vehicle data with third parties.
