1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website www.coceurope.eu and all related services provided by SMART SOLUTION 30 LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide digital and printed technical documentation for vehicles, including Certificates of Conformity (COC), Data Sheets (CdS), and related compliance documents for vehicle registration and approval within the European Union and EEA.
Documents are produced based on the information provided by the customer and, when necessary, verified through available manufacturer or authority databases.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are placed exclusively via our online store.
Payments are accepted through secure methods such as credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.
All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT, where applicable under Bulgarian law.
Once payment is confirmed, an order confirmation is sent automatically to the customer’s e-mail address.

4. Delivery of Documents

Documents are generally delivered in digital format (PDF) via e-mail.
In some cases, a printed copy may be shipped upon request.
Delivery times vary depending on the document type and manufacturer response times.
We make every effort to meet estimated delivery schedules, but delays caused by third parties or incomplete data are not grounds for automatic refund.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle information, including VIN, brand, model, and year of manufacture.
Incorrect or incomplete data may result in errors in the final document.
If such errors occur, corrections can be made upon request, but additional fees may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

SMART SOLUTION 30 LTD shall not be liable for:

  • any incorrect data provided by the customer;
  • rejection of documents by national authorities when the customer’s data is inaccurate;
  • temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance or technical issues;
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service concerned.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

According to Directive (EU) 2011/83, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that have been fully performed or are customised for the customer.
Refunds may only be issued when:

  • the document cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to us; or
  • a confirmed technical error occurred on our part.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order via e-mail to support@coceurope.eu.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, designs, software code, and document templates, is owned or licensed by SMART SOLUTION 30 LTD and protected under EU copyright law.
Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.coceurope.eu/privacy.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sofia City Court (Sofiyski gradski sad), unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer protection rules.

11. Modifications

We may amend these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business updates.
Any major change will be announced on the website or by e-mail prior to taking effect.
