We’re reaching out a little early to fill you in on a small change in our working schedule. But first, let us say thank you. Every time you choose Coceurope, you’re putting trust in us, and for that, we’re extremely grateful.

From July 24th to July 30th, we’ll be taking a short break. For a week, our site will not be accepting new orders, and our usual customer service chat will be inactive. But rest assured, we’re not jumping ship! This break is a small gift we give ourselves each year to recharge our batteries, spend time with our families, and come back even more ready to assist you.

So how are we handling this? Simply put, we won’t leave anything hanging. We’ll ship all orders placed before the break. And if anything remains pending, it’ll be our top priority as soon as we’re back on August 1st.

We understand that this brief closure might cause some minor inconveniences and we apologize for any disruption this may cause. We’re doing everything possible to minimize any potential disruption and appreciate your understanding.
