Q What is a CDS Complete Data Sheet?
A CDS (Complete Data Sheet) is an EU-ready technical data document that compiles the precise specifications your registration office actually checks. In one file (up to 52 technical points) it states: type/variant/version (TVV), EC type-approval or, for older vehicles, the national approval code, engine code (critical for import & customs clearance), emissions / EURO class, approved alternative wheels & tyres, masses & dimensions, and more.
In practice, the CDS is the trusted alternative when the original COC (Certificate of Conformity) is missing or cannot be issued (e.g., pre-2000 vehicles, imports from non-EU markets). It is formatted for EU procedures to keep your registration moving—fast and clean.

Q What do I need to order a Complete Datasheet?
Ordering is quick & fully online. To start we typically need:
- VIN / chassis number and year of first registration
- A copy of the registration certificate or import invoice

Q Does the CDS include EURO classification and sound test data?
Yes. The CDS includes EURO emissions class (EURO 1–6/6d where applicable) and the sound level data typically requested by offices: stationary dB(A) at engine speed and drive-by dB(A). Where relevant, it also lists CO/HC/NOx/PM values and NEDC/WLTP fuel & CO₂ figures.

Is it safe to pay on COCEurope.eu?

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards and SEPA bank transfer. Alternative methods can be arranged on request via Customer Service.
Can I pay by bank transfer? How does it work?
Yes. Choose Bank Transfer at checkout. You’ll receive our IBAN and reference. We will start processing as soon as the payment is received (you can send the SWIFT/receipt to speed up validation).
Do you issue invoices with VAT details?
Absolutely. Fill in your billing details at checkout (company name, address, VAT number). The invoice is generated automatically and available in your order email / account area.
EU VAT and OSS rules are applied where required.
When is the payment captured? Are there refunds?
Card payments are captured at checkout. If we cannot proceed with your document after verification, we will refund 100%. For customer-initiated cancellations, our policy applies (see Terms). We always aim for a fair, case-by-case resolution.
Can I receive a pro-forma invoice or quote before paying?
Yes. Contact our team with your brand/model/VIN and billing data. We’ll send a pro-forma or quotation you can pass to your accounting department.

What if I lose the physical data sheet?
If your paper copy is lost within 6 months of delivery, you can request a free duplicate; you only cover the courier shipping fee.
Can I request additional printed copies?
Yes. Contact Customer Service right after ordering and we’ll arrange extra certified copies to match your registration needs.
Can you provide the data in XML or another digital format?
In many cases we can export specific fields to XML/CSV for agency workflows. Share your requirements and we’ll confirm feasibility and format.
