ABOUT THE CDS COMPLETE DATASHEETS

We can define the CDS Complete technical sheet as a vehicle information document, which contains in 52 points every technical aspect of our vehicle with precise and safe data that can greatly facilitate our registration practices or during import and customs clearance procedures. Some of the most important data that we can find in the technical sheet are the type, variant, and version of the vehicle, the EC homologation number (if available) or the relative national homologation code (if produced before 2000), the original engine code (very important during customs clearance), the emission, the Euro pollutant categoryalternative wheels, and many other interesting data.

Ordering a complete technical sheet for a vehicle is a quick and easy process that anyone can complete online. To place the order, you only need a few simple vehicle data information like the chassis number and year of first registration and a copy of the vehicle registration document (or import invoice). Although our Technical Data Sheet provides the same data as the COC, and it normally works perfectly, they are not exactly the same.
The COC is only issued by the vehicle manufacturer, and it can’t be provided by anyone else.

Before you place the order, we advise you to confirm with the Registration office if a Technical Data Sheet would be adequate and serves to carry out the procedure for which you are going to request it.

98% of the data sheets are issued and shipped within 4-5 working days after the payment and the required documentation is submitted.
Particularly some orders that are more complex, may take a maximum of 10 days.

Of course, once your order has been marked as completed, you can ask our customer service to send you a scan of the data sheet by email.
You will receive the digital copy while you wait for the physical one.

We have two different options for you to purchase a Datasheet.
If you choose to receive just a digital copy, you won’t be paying anything for shipping, because the document will be sent via email.
If you decide to order a physical Datasheet, we will send it via courier, and for that, we have a fixed shipping price of 15 euros for Europe, and 19 euros for the rest of the world.

The shipping time may vary depending on the location and the mail service.
But typically, shipping to most European cities takes 1 or 2 business days.
